Maquette Party provides digital designs for personal, non-profit, and commercial use, subjected to the following conditions. By purchasing a design within this shop, you accept and agree to adhere to these conditions.

Digital items in this shop are meant for personal use, or as design tools to create a finished product when commercial licensing is purchased, but never as final products in their original form.

Commercial licenses are NOT valid/active if the following information is not disclosed in the "NOTE" section at checkout: company/business name, website URL, and the type of end product(s) that will be created using the artwork for which the commercial license is being purchased.
You may not use purchased digital items to create an end product claiming to be "exclusive" or "original." 
 

Digital items are only to be used by the purchaser and are to remain on the computer in which the files are originally downloaded.

You may NOT resell or redistribute designs in their original digital format (no Facebook groups, blog freebies, email newsletter downloads, or digital distribution of ANY kind). 

You many NOT use the designs to sell sublimation designs, layered PSD files, or marketing/branding/logo designs for a third party client.

Claiming the work of Maquette Party  as your own is prohibited. Copyright does not transfer with sale. All copyrights and ownership of images and designs remains with Maquette Party  at all times.

FAQs

1. What is the turnaround time for the first draft?

The first draft will be delivered within 72 hours after we receive your detailed sketch and description.

2. What do I need to provide to start a project?

It is essential to provide us with a detailed sketch and a description to effectively work on your project.

3. How is communication managed during the project, and in what languages?

All communication will be conducted via email 📧 or WhatsApp 💬, ensuring written tracking and helping to avoid conflicts. We can communicate in English 🇬🇧, Spanish 🇪🇸, and French 🇫🇷. Our team is available Monday to Friday to assist you with any queries or updates regarding your project.

4. Are there additional fees for modifications after the final mockup?

Yes, each additional modification after the final mockup is subject to a $30 fee.

5. Who retains the rights to the mockups, and can I use them under my brand?

While the mockups remain our property, you are free to use them under your brand. We may also use them on our communication channels after the event.

6. Do you offer any bulk packages for multiple mockups?

Yes, we offer a package of $980 for 10 mockups, valid over a 12-month period with a limit of 4 mockups per month.
